With over five years of experience in clinical research, Faryal has managed multi-center trials and ensured regulatory compliance, including REB submissions and ethics reviews. Her expertise spans project coordination, operational efficiency, research diagnostics, and data management, with a focus on facilitating communication across cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to Health Canada, FDA, and ICH-GCP standards.
Faryal holds a Master of Health Science from Ontario Tech University and has published research in prestigious journals, contributing to the fields of ophthalmology and healthcare. She is also a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist and Ultrasonographer through IJCAHPO.
