Trinity Lowthian is currently a university student at the University of Ottawa and has been involved in research and patient engagement since 2019. Starting as a member of the Youth Advisory Committee for The Canadian Collaborative for Childhood Cannabinoid Therapeutics (C4T) she has continued to work on projects in patient engagement with organizations including the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Canadian Nutrition Society, and Health Data Research Network Canada. Being a member of CTO’s College of Lived Experience is important for her to contribute the youth perspective to this provincial group as well as learn more from others. Trinity is also a Team Canada para-fencer and competes internationally in wheelchair fencing as well as nationally in para-nordic skiing.
