As Director, Clinical Trial Supports, Ranuka supports knowledge sharing, innovation and creative thinkers in the research community working to accelerate and improve access to clinical trial opportunities and emerging therapies. In her role at CTO, she leads initiatives aimed at promoting and strengthening Ontario’s research capacity and clinical trials environment.
Ranuka has over twenty years of experience in clinical research in the public and private sectors. She is passionate about collaborating with sponsors, research teams and the public to advance patient care through clinical trials. Her background includes expertise in the areas of clinical trial operations, monitoring and regulatory compliance, as well as having served as an REB board member.
Ranuka graduated from McGill University with a Master of Science degree in Experimental Surgery.
