CTO offers monthly webinars to help new users learn to navigate the system. We offer both an introduction session to guide users creating a new project, and well as one discussing post-approval submissions.

Learn about CTO Stream and how to submit an application for REB review. Includes a general process overview and full demonstration of CTO Stream. At the end of this training users will be able to:

  • Navigate the CTO Stream system
  • Create & submit Provincial and Centre Initial Applications in CTO Stream
  • Assign roles/permissions to other users for enhanced collaboration
  • View correspondence from the REB and submit responses back
  • Understand the roles of the provincial applicant team and participating sites
